How to remove your data from CollectAK — including data from a connected Facebook or Instagram account.
In CollectAK, open Connections and choose Disconnect on the Facebook or Instagram connection. This deletes the stored credentials for that source and stops CollectAK accessing it. This is available to you at any time, without contacting us.
To remove the messages and records CollectAK has already stored from your Facebook or Instagram connection, request deletion (below). We remove the canonical records and derived findings tied to that connection.
You can request deletion of your whole CollectAK workspace and all data stored in it. Once actioned, your connections, stored records and findings are removed.
Email a deletion request from the email address on your CollectAK account, or use the Contact page at collectak.com/contact. State whether you want a single connection's data removed or your whole workspace deleted. We confirm once the deletion is complete.
