The terms on which CollectAK is provided.
CollectAK is a service for authorised businesses to identify unfinished commercial activity — money owed, buying signals, and retention risks — across the business accounts they choose to connect (such as accounting, email, and social messaging).
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to access. You are responsible for keeping your CollectAK login secure and for the accuracy of the accounts you connect.
You authorise each connection through that provider's own sign-in and consent screen. You can disconnect any connection at any time, which stops CollectAK accessing it.
You must not use CollectAK to access data you are not entitled to, to breach a provider's terms, or for unlawful purposes. CollectAK does not send messages or take actions on your accounts without your explicit instruction.
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may change over time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
